Turning on the application

Merchants can enable apps available on IdoSell Apps without quantity limitations, according to the app's settings. Each inclusion of an app starts with a trial period (called trial) and this period applies to the entire app and not to a single license.

If part of the test period is used up by the merchant and he decides to order the application again, the system will calculate the remaining part of the due test period and only for such period the application will be granted. Once the merchant has used up his test period, the next purchase of the application will be for the paid version.

Example 1

Merchant enabled the application with a 30-day test period for 10 days, then abandoned it.
Re-activating the app will bring a new test period, but only for 20 days.

Example 2

Merchant turned on the app with a 30-day trial period and used the entire period, then abandoned the app.
Re-activating the application will turn on the paid version right away.

Example 3

Merchant enabled the application with a 30-day period for one position. After 10 days, he ordered a license for another position..
For licenses granted for 1 position, the trial period is common for all ordered licenses. In this case, the merchant will receive a 20-day trial period for the second license and both will complete their trial period at the same time.

Turning off the application

Any merchant can disable the application at any time during the subscription period. Disabling the subscription during its trial period will result in immediate expiration of the license. Disabling the subscription during the period for which it has already been charged will result in its deactivation at the end of the period for which it has already been paid.

Example 1

Merchant has a paid subscription that renews on the 15th of each month. He decided during the subscription period to turn it off.
The subscription and license will remain active until the already paid period ends.When the 15th of the month arrives, the system will recognize that the subscription has ended and will not renew it for the next period.
