How do I change API key permissions?

As a developer, you can request a change to your API key permissions to gain additional capabilities for your

application and allow merchants to decide whether to accept the change.

Process:

Submit a request to change API key permissions.
Support reviews and approves the requested change.
Once approved by support, each merchant using the given subscription will see an option to accept the new key

permissions on the application card.

The merchant decides whether to accept or reject the permission change.
You can check the current API key permissions for a subscription through the licence gateway (Application license list).

Best practice: Inform the merchant about the permission change, for example within your application's interface, along

with a description of the additional features they will gain after accepting the changes.

Important: If the new permissions significantly differ from the original scope of the application, a re-review of the

application may be required.
