Limits — rules

  • By default, the limit is set by the customer at the time of subscription purchase.
  • The developer may additionally set a minimum limit:
    • the customer cannot set a limit lower than the minimum limit when purchasing the subscription,
    • during the subscription, when changing the limit, the customer also cannot go below the minimum limit.
  • The customer can change the limit at any point during the billing cycle, however the new limit cannot be lower than the amount already charged in that cycle.

To be determined by the developer and described in the application's terms of service

The method of handling a limit change during the cycle is not predetermined — the developer should decide on their own and clearly describe it in the application's terms of service, e.g.:

  • a counter in the application interface informing about the need to change the limit in order to continue using the application,
  • a change of "package" by the merchant to, e.g., a higher one, selected in the application interface, together with information about the need to change the limit to match the selected option in the IdoSell panel.
